Stepping into career..(Dec 14, 2009)

Uuuuhhh!!!!!! The pathetic,long wait has come to an end finally...I was all set to enter into a new world of Corporates..On the very much-awaited day, with a bit of nervousness coupled with excitement, after making a final check of all documents, made my way to my dream company!! My mouth was filled with prayers, thanking God who has been so very merciful to me and has carried me through all these years..... The reason for this post is to stress the significance of WAIT!! Yes guys, you may be one of the complaining youngsters, saying "Nothing special has happened to me yet." You may feel singled out when some of your mates land into good jobs, higher studies when you are still one hunting hard for a job. But God has a purpose in doing anything. Whenever we are put to wait, it is also according to His will. Because he knows what is the best pick for us more than what we know. We must understand God never makes mistakes.Even now, God is good enough to transform you from your waiting state to rejoicing time...The WAIT period actually molds your personal life in God and makes you to come nearer to God. This comes outta my personal experience. So when you are in WAIT state, remember the best in your life is yet to come!! Once Heaven showers those rains of blessings down upon you, you will understand why God has made you to wait for so long!!! Let us stop our murmur (like the Israelites) and learn to understand the purpose of God in our lives!!

Sin - a powerful weapon, Prayer - a more powerful weapon...........

Today, we live in a very sinful world that was never before in the history. Of course, there is no escapism for the youths. The world is slowly being enslaved into the hands of Lucifer. Even faithful Christians get allured by the deceitful pranks, the modern world Satan has kept in store for them. If a man sins the very first time, he regrets. But the devil inside him persuades him to keep on sinning, ultimately he is left with no regret at all. He starts enjoying the pleasure of sinning. But behind the screens, Christ is being persecuted and crucified again and again. God desires that every human should lead a holy life without sin. But these last days portray devil's concern about bringing people particularly, more youngsters to his side, to accompany him in the dreadful hell. Prayer is the only way to surmount all evils and temptations of this world. The keys to both heaven and hell lie with us. God's mercy is calling us!! What are we willing to choose? Heavenly father Jesus, give us the grace to overcome all evils in our lives. Amen.

Multinational chip manufacturing company Intel has come to the rescue of the visual challenged people with its portable handheld device called Intel Reader. It can convert text to speech within minutes.

The Intel Reader looks like a paperback book meant for reading any text aloud. The Reader sports with a 4.3-inch display and a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus range of up to 1 meter. It runs with an Intel Atom processor and has 4GB Solid State Drive associated with it.

The portable product can carry 600 processed pages including texts and images. If only text pages are fed, then it can carry a total of 500,000 text pages at a time. The 3300 mAh lithium-Ion battery can provide enough power for speech or audio hearing to the user.

Intel Reader is provided with tangible buttons and voice operated menus to use it comfortably. There are also options to zoom in the screen and font size of the text to present a clear view for the people who have low vision.

Man's brain power to develop such a gadget is truly amazing!!

My Creator knows!!!

Greetings to readers in the sweetest name of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Dear friends, just with the desire of sharing the happiness and peace that Christ has filled in my life, I post my first writing. I was once like any ordinary person longing for worldly love and affection. In fact, I din't even understand what is the purpose of me being into this world. I felt like, I had everything for survival but still I knew I was badly missing a mandatory thing. I tried to satisfy my soul by indulging in works that would make me happy. But true happiness I found nowhere, till I came to the feet of the Lord!!!
The same is the situation of many youths today. We try to satisfy and impress our mates, colleagues by putting high efforts. But we have always ended up broken, disappointed and ultimately saying I' m not worth living in this world as rejection is the most unbearable in this world. But the true purpose of your life, when you explore the very reason of you being alive today, is to impress CHRIST and to live for his glory. Because no man has shed his blood to save you from the awful sins you were in. No man has given his sinless body to be crucified on the cross.
Even though we can never substitute what He has done for us, are we ready to do at least something for HIM today?
